Location: Hybrid - Medellín (2 days in office per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8am to 6pm EST
Salary: Up to $1000 USD a month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Lead Generator to identify and develop new sales opportunities for our industrial cable business. This is a business development and lead generation role, not a marketing position.

You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, initiating outbound contact, and qualifying leads before passing them to our sales team for quotation and closing.



While we will provide you with an internal database to start, you must be comfortable and capable of independently sourcing and generating your own leads through research, networking, and outreach.

Important: This is not a closing role. Your focus is on identifying prospects, generating interest, gathering product and order requirements, and preparing qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients in the industrial cable sector
