Hook Agency is a US-based digital marketing agency focused on lead generation and web design for home services companies. We care deeply about doing excellent work for our clients and we're looking for an Onboarding Specialist who shares that same standard. If you're energized by gathering assets to support your team, communicating lightly with clients, and providing a seamless, transparent onboarding journey for them, this could be a great fit.
What we’re looking for:
- An English fluency of C1 or above
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow defined processes and systems
- Experience with Teamwork or similar project management tools
- Agency experience and experience in operations or client coordination
- Nice to haves: Experience and comfortability working in WordPress or navigating the backend of websites

What you’ll be doing:
*1. Client Onboarding Execution*
- Execute the defined onboarding process for new clients
- Send and track onboarding communications and forms
- Gather required client inputs, assets, and access credentials (Google, WordPress, ad accounts, etc.)
- Ensure onboarding checklists are completed accurately and on time
