You will contribute to the execution of HR initiatives, employee lifecycle activities, and operational excellence while helping us build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

How you create impact

Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
Support employee wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities,



and recognition programs.
Monitor and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, vacation tracking, and workforce metrics.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review, update, and maintain HR documentation, policies, and process guidelines.
Support the administration of employee records and HR documentation.
Generate reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of HR processes and initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement and standardization projects across the HR function.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services environments.
