We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our Global HR & Payroll (HRP) Delivery Team.
This is a client-facing consulting role focused on the design, implementation, support, and optimization of integrations between Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll,



and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering global integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange between client systems and TMF's payroll and HR platforms.
As an Integration Consultant, you will work closely with clients, onboarding teams, local offices, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable integration solutions across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Delivery & Solution Development
Support the delivery of TMF's Integration Services to prospective and existing clients.
Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions based on client requirements.
Support the rollout of new integrations, enhancements, and functionality across integral clients.
Contribute to the development of integration services for clients utilizing different HCM and ERP systems.
