Role Description
The High School Mathematics Teacher will design and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, with a focus on subjects such as algebra and other core high school mathematics areas. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback,



and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The teacher will support students through differentiated instruction, offer extra help as needed, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards and best practices. Additional duties include participating in faculty meetings, contributing to school initiatives, and communicating regularly with families about student learning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bucaramanga.

Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra and other high school-level content.
- Ability to develop effective Lesson Planning that supports diverse learning needs and clear learning objectives.
- Experience teaching at the Middle School or High School level, with an understanding of adolescent development.
- Excellent Communication skills for working with students, families, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
