What You Can Expect
Under general supervision, the Project Specialist supports cross-functional teams by developing and maintaining detailed project timelines, monitoring milestone progress, and consolidating schedule updates across multiple workstreams. The role is highly focused on Gantt chart management, progress reporting,



and maintaining project data such as timeline slips, resource needs, risks, and forecasted completion dates to help ensure projects remain on track and stakeholders are informed
How You'll Create Impact
Develops, maintains, and updates detailed project timelines and Gantt charts across multiple teams and workstreams.

Coordinates with team leads and stakeholders to track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical path activities.

Tracks resourcing needs across teams and identifies gaps or constraints that may impact project delivery.

Monitors schedules for delays, timeline slips, and changes in forecasted completion dates, escalating issues as needed.

Creates and distributes regular progress reports, schedule dashboards, and project status summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
