Job Description
Compensation: $1,200 US Dollars per month

Work Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Eastern Time (ET)

This is a Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor. Paid time off and healthcare benefits are not provided.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume recruiting operations, with a primary focus on improving candidate processing speed, particularly for late-week and after-hours applicants. This role is designed to maintain recruiting momentum, enhance candidate experience,



and ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline.

This position follows a Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (ET) to capture applicant activity outside of traditional business hours and support recruiter readiness for the following day.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations.
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.
- Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process.
- Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams.
- Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment.
