About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Remote Moderation Specialist to join our live events team. You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our live selling events running smoothly — building out listings, managing event logistics, and driving audience engagement in real time.

This role demands speed, precision, and a service-first mindset. You'll work directly alongside hosts during live events, executing on commands instantly and ensuring every event runs at the highest operational standard. What You'll Do
- Join live events on schedule and remain fully present and responsive for the duration
- Create and manage listings, events, and event images ahead of and during live sessions
- Merchandise events effectively to maximize audience visibility and engagement
- Pin and unpin items, update event item titles, and manage event flow in real time




- Drive audience engagement throughout the event through timely actions and on-brand communication
- Respond instantly to host commands to ensure seamless, operationally excellent events
- Maintain clear communication with the team via Slack and email before, during, and after events
- Flag issues or irregularities to the appropriate stakeholder without delay

What We're Looking For
- Fully fluent in English — strong written and verbal communication is non-negotiable
- Highly responsive and able to execute quickly and accurately under live pressure
- Professional demeanor with a calm, focused presence during fast-moving events
- Comfortable with technology — Slack, email, and live selling platforms
- Extremely detail-oriented; nothing gets missed, mislabeled, or left unpinned
- Self-directed and reliable — you show up on time, ready to go
- Strong multitasker who can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously dur
