Value Access Strategy, Government and Market Access for Central Latin America play a strategic role in enabling sustainable patient access to Medtronic therapies by supporting health economics, payer engagement, health policy, and regulatory intelligence initiatives across key regional markets. The role connects evidence generation, value-based healthcare, stakeholder engagement, and funding pathways to support business priorities aligned with evolving healthcare system needs.

The position contributes to regional decision-making by translating complex environments, coverage, payment, public policy,



and healthcare system dynamics into actionable insights for the commercial team, and market access strategies. The Market Access & Market Development Specialist is responsible for developing, driving, and implementing value, public affairs, institutional relations, and market access strategies that enable sustainable funding, appropriate coverage, and optimal access for Medtronic’s key therapies across Central Latin America.

This field-based role focuses on shaping a favorable healthcare by leveraging data analytics, monitoring public policies, and mapping healthcare ecosystem trends.
