? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

? 2+ years of Payroll experience

? Strong experience in
client-facing environments

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

? Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

? Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

? Key Responsibilities

? Manage and support complex payroll operations for international clients

? Investigate payroll discrepancies and identify root causes

? Provide clear guidance and solutions to clients and team members





? Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve sophisticated scenarios

? Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with established processes

? Document procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements

? Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
