EZ MD Solutions is hiring a General Manager to own daily operations across all service lines as we scale. We have grown to 200+ people serving 75+ US medical practices, and this role gives that growth a single operational owner, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO.

ABOUT EZ MD SOLUTIONS

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, EZ MD Solutions is a multi-brand healthcare services company with delivery teams across the US, Latin America, and Asia. We support small and mid-sized medical practices through four brands: VirtualCare Assistants (virtual medical assistant staffing), MediBilling (medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management), Virtual Medical Scribe (documentation and transcription support), and EZ MD Connect (our healthcare staffing platform), along with provider credentialing and healthcare digital marketing services. We also build our own software products, EZ MD Chat and EZ MD Dictate. Our work is HIPAA compliant and our billing team is AAPC certified.

THE ROLE





You report directly to the Founder and CEO and own operational performance across all service lines. Twelve months in, success looks like this: department leads run to you, not around you. Every service line has clear KPIs reviewed weekly. Service quality and client retention have measurably improved. And the CEO spends his time on strategy and new business rather than daily escalations.

This is a hands-on seat. We are a growth-stage company, not a corporate structure with layers of support, so you will build some of the systems you manage.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Daily operations across all service lines: virtual medical assistant staffing, billing and coding, scribe and transcription, credentialing, and digital marketing

• The weekly operating cadence: KPI reviews with department leads, issue resolution, and escalation management

• Resource and capacity planning for a distributed workforce serving US clients across US time zones

• Service quality and client
