About the Role

Desai Companies is seeking a strategic operator and systems builder to lead the development of our AI-enabled growth infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

The Director of AI Growth & Brand Systems will serve as the architect of the company’s Growth Operating System, partnering closely with the CEO, General Director of Sales, and operating leaders to increase brand visibility, demand generation, lead development, direct booking opportunities, customer engagement, and overall commercial effectiveness.

This is not a traditional marketing position.

The role combines growth strategy, brand development, AI implementation, automation, analytics, and operational execution. The selected candidate will be expected to identify and execute high-value growth opportunities while building the workflows, playbooks, systems, and infrastructure needed to make those results repeatable and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Systems and Infrastructure




- Design, implement, and continuously improve an AI-enabled Growth Operating System.
- Build scalable workflows, automations, playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop company knowledge bases, AI memory systems, prompt libraries, and reusable growth assets.
- Establish governance standards for AI utilization, content, reporting, approvals, and brand consistency.
- Document successful initiatives and transform them into repeatable processes.

Commercial Growth Enablement
- Partner with the Global Director of Sales and operating leaders to support portfolio-wide commercial objectives.
- Develop initiatives that improve visibility, lead generation, direct booking opportunities, and customer engagement.
