Data Entry Assistant — Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Data Entry Assistant to help maintain accurate and structured data across internal systems.

This role is idóneo for someone who is detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable working with digital records on a daily basis.

What you will be working on

• Entering and updating data in company systems

• Verifying records for accuracy and completeness

• Organizing digital files and documentation

• Supporting routine data reviews and reporting

• Communicating with team members to clarify information

• Following established data quality standards

What we are looking for

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools

• Basic computer and administrative skills

• Ability to follow guidelines and meet deadlines

• Clear written communication

• Ability to work independently
