? We're Hiring: Sales Representatives – Extended Warranty Plans

? Base Pay: $4 USD/hour

? Commission + Weekly Incentives

? Location: On-site in Medellín

? Contract: Services Agreement (U.S.-based company)

We help customers protect their vehicles from unexpected repair costs through extended warranty plans.

Your role is simple:

? Introduce the product,

? Connect the customer with a specialist

? Earn great rewards for your success

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Engage warm leads interested in vehicle protection plans

✔️ Deliver compelling pitches and overcome objections

✔️ Close deals efficiently and consistently

✔️ Recap the sale clearly to ensure full customer understanding

Schedule:

? Monday to Friday | ? 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM





? Saturday | ? 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

? Overtime Available | Morning or evening between 6–7 PM

Training & Onboarding:

? 2–3 days of training

? Followed by a nesting period to start taking calls with support

Targets & Commission Structure:

? Weekly Goal: 10 sales (2 per day)

? Commission Payouts:

• First 5 sales: $10 USD per sale

• From your 6th sale onward: $15 USD per sale
