Role Description
The Creative Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rionegro. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts across digital and print media, including marketing materials, presentations, and branded collateral.



The Creative Designer will collaborate with internal teams to translate business and technical requirements into clear, engaging visual designs that support AV, IT, and BPO service offerings. Typical tasks include creating graphics and layouts, refining brand assets, designing web and interface elements, and ensuring design consistency across all channels. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, preparing design files for production, and iterating on feedback from stakeholders to improve visual outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong creative design skills, with the ability to develop original concepts and visual narratives (Creative Design).
