ogistics Recruiter & Driver Relations Specialist
to help grow our network of qualified Owner Operators and carriers. This role is idóneo for someone with experience in logistics or freight brokerage
who enjoys building relationships, recruiting carriers, and managing the onboarding process from start to finish.
You'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting new carriers, qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, qualify, and onboard Owner Operators and carriers.
- Manage the full carrier recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and drivers.
- Communicate with prospective carriers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Pre-screen drivers and carriers for minimum requirements, including:
- CDL-A
- DOT Number
- Insurance verification
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Maintain confidential carrier and driver records.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve carrier growth goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or carrier recruiting.
- At least 1 year of experience in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
