Spanish-Speaking Medical Biller

Role Summary

We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Medical Biller to join Our Softwares Corporation. This role focuses on accurate coding, claim form preparation, and clear communication with providers and legal counsel - deep insurance-side expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Review medical documentation and assign appropriate ICD codes
- Apply basic CPT codes for billed services
- Prepare and review HCFA / CMS-1500 forms for claim submission
- Handle billing assignments accurately and on schedule
- Communicate and negotiate with attorneys on billing and claim matters
- Maintain and update billing data in Excel with a high level of accuracy

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

- Strong working knowledge of ICD codes
- Basic working knowledge of CPT codes
- Experience preparing HCFA / 1500 forms
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data entry, spreadsheet accuracy)
- Confident, clear communicator - comfortable speaking with and negotiating with attorneys
- In-depth insurance knowledge is not required
