The Enterprise PMO (ePMO) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support enterprise-wide project initiatives. This associate-level role provides critical administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the broader ePMO team.



The Project Coordinator will work across both IT and non-IT projects spanning a variety of business functions. Position Responsibiltiies
- Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture and distribute meeting notes and action items.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, flagging risks or delays to the assigned Project Manager.
- Assist with resource coordination by maintaining team schedules, tracking availability, and communicating workload updat
