About the Role

The Business Operations Analyst / Executive Operations Coordinator provides direct analytical and administrative support to operations leadership, transforming data into actionable insights, maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, coordinating cross-functional priorities,



and driving process improvements to help the operations function run more efficiently.

Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
3–5 years of experience in business operations, executive support, operations coordination, business analysis, or a similar role. Experience in property management, real estate operations, or finance is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets), reporting and data analysis, dashboard management, project coordination, presentation preparation, strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal English communication, and strong organizational and time management skills.
