Remote (for residents of Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru).

experience in Bookkeeping
- You are
proficient
in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Financial reporting, ClickUp, Bill.com.
- English
- Fully fluent

Company Overview:
- Mighty Nonprofits is a remote-first bookkeeping firm serving U.S.-based nonprofits.
- We are growing our team and looking for a Bookkeeper who lives in QuickBooks Online and wants a stable, long-term remote contract.

Technical Stack:
- QuickBooks Online.
- Bill.com.




- Ramp.
- ClickUp.
- Google Suite.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping for U.S. companies.
- Solid, up-to-date QBO skills actively used within the last year, including reconciliations, uncategorized transactions, monthly adjustments, and reporting.
- English B2+ proficiency for direct communication with U.S. clients.
- Formal professional training with a solid accounting foundation at a technical, technologist, or university level.
- A real remote setup including your own computer, stable or fiber internet, and a self-directed work style.
