About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator based in Colombia to serve as the first point of contact for patients. This role focuses on guiding patients through the process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience,



and providing clear and supportive communication in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for patients via phone, email, or chat

Clearly explain the process, services, and next steps to patients

Guide patients throughout their journey, from onboarding to follow-ups

Schedule appointments and coordinate required documentation

Follow up with patients and address questions or concerns

Maintain accurate and organized patient records

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements

Experience in customer service, patient care, call center, or similar roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of empathy, organization, and attention to detail

Excellent English Communication

Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities

Basic experience with digital tools (CRM, email, scheduling tools)

Must be based in Colombia

Experience in healthcare or service-based industries is a plus
