ELT Content Writer & Coordinator (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced
ELT Content Writer
who combines classroom experience with hands-on experience creating
ELT content and preferably digital content as well
.

This is a
full-time remote position
for someone who still enjoys writing, editing, and improving learning materials every day—but is also ready to provide guidance, structure, and support to a small team of content writers.

This is a content production role first.
You'll spend most of your time creating and reviewing high-quality digital learning materials. Alongside that, you'll help keep projects organized, support teammates, and make sure work keeps moving smoothly.

This is
not
a people management role, nor a traditional project management position. We're looking for a senior practitioner—someone who solves problems independently, takes ownership, and enjoys helping others succeed.

What You'll Do

Content Development (Primary Responsibility)

· Write, edit, review, and proofread digital ELT content, including lessons, activities, assessments, teacher resources,



and scripts.

· Ensure linguistic accuracy, pedagogical quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.

· Produce content at the same pace and quality standards expected across the content team.

Content Coordination & Team Support

· Prepare project briefs and help define content scopes for new initiatives.

· Build and maintain simple project trackers to monitor progress and deadlines.

· Keep work organized and visible across multiple ongoing projects.

· Support teammates by answering pedagogical questions, reviewing work, and helping solve content-related challenges.

· Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays early and communicate them proactively to leadership.

Maintain practical documentation such as style guides, templates, and workflow notes.
