*Job Summary*

Blue Tees Golf is seeking a Shopify & Klaviyo Specialist to own our email and SMS marketing operations across the customer lifecycle.

This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Klaviyo email and SMS flows, executing promotional campaigns, creating customer segments, and maintaining the connection between Shopify and Klaviyo. The adecuado candidate combines strong technical execution with an analytical mindset and understands how to turn customer data into revenue through effective lifecycle marketing.

his individual will work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to improve customer engagement, increase retention, and drive repeat purchases while operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for an experienced specialist who is able to work in the PST time zone.

*Responsibilities*

Email & SMS Marketing
- Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment, and other lifecycle automations.
- Execute promotional and lifecycle campaigns from end-to-end, including copy briefing, segmentation, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Own the design and build of email templates and campaign creative, creating on-brand, conversion-focused layouts directly within Klaviyo or using HTML/CSS.
