Role Description
The Principal Demand & Supply Planning Consultant is a contract role responsible for leading end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning engagements for mid-market clients. This role designs and implements planning frameworks, workflows, and tools that improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory,



and increase service levels while reducing working capital. Daily activities include analyzing supply chain data, developing and validating planning models, facilitating cross-functional S&OP; and IBP discussions, and translating business needs into actionable planning and automation solutions. The consultant collaborates closely with client leadership and internal technical teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and oversee execution, ensuring measurable impact and rapid time-to-value. The role also involves preparing client-ready deliverables, coaching client teams, and recommending continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance interfaces.
