Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a
Payroll Supervisor (Fixed-Term - 12 months)
position to be based in Bogota,



Colombia.

Responsibilities
- Supervises daily activities of payroll coordinators and specialists.
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of system wide payroll for all locations and employees by supervising the payroll function.
- Reviews and implements with the Tax department guidelines ensure compliance with all local government regulatory reporting requirements including quarterly government filings, annual reporting and yearend employee legal filing forms.
- Suggests policies and procedures designed to improve business processes within the department.
- Oversees maintenance of payroll system.
- Supervises the preparation of filing of required reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance carriers, other organizations and individual employees.
- Communicates and reinforces metrics used to benchmark performance, improve processes and productivity to staff.
