What are we looking for

The adecuado candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to communicate clearly in English with U.S.-based finance and IT team members. This person should be proactive, responsive, and able to confirm progress and completion without requiring constant follow-up.

Objective:

Support the client’s finance and operations teams by centralizing member data audits, reviewing billing and pricing changes, identifying variances between data sets, and confirming that system updates are accurate and complete. The goal of the role is to improve billing accuracy, reduce store-level administrative burden, and provide reliable audit support to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction: Pull member, billing, pricing, and related operational data from available systems using SQL queries, reports, exports, or CSV files.

• Data Review: Review large data sets, often involving 10,000 to 40,000 member records at a time, to identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, or unusual changes.

• Billing Audit:



Review member billing data to help identify billing errors, incorrect pricing, annual fee issues, and other exceptions.

• Pricing Review: Support audits of pricing increases, membership changes, annual fee setup, and related member billing updates.

• Variance Analysis: Compare two or more data sets and highlight differences, exceptions, or unexpected changes for review by finance, IT, or operations.

• POS System Review: Help confirm that changes made in ABC / Ignite or related systems were implemented correctly.

• Exception Reporting: Review exception reports, summarize findings, and help track items requiring follow-up.

• IT Coordination: Work with the client’s IT team to compare data files, validate system changes, and communicate issues that require technical review.

• Finance Team Support: Provide recurring support to the Head of Finance and assist with ad hoc data audit requests.
