Qargo Coffee is seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Analyst to lead the planning, execution, and growth of our social media presence across our expanding franchise network in the United States. This role combines social media strategy with content creation, ensuring our brand remains engaging, consistent, and aligned with our marketing objectives.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and execute Qargo Coffee's social media strategy across all platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content, including copy, short-form videos, photography concepts, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design and Marketing teams to create high-quality visual and written content.
- Coordinate content creators, influencers, photographers, and video productions.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.




- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Support franchisees with local marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track social media performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure all content reflects Qargo Coffee's brand identity, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.

*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the coffee, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise industry.
- Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
