Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

• Experience leading multi-team initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

• Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.

• Proficiency with Jira and Atlassian tools.

• Experience working with engineering teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)





• Lead cross-team initiatives in Agile and hybrid environments.

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple development teams.

• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and delivery plans.

• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.

• Provide project status updates, reporting, and executive-level visibility.

• Monitor scope changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

• Support program governance and strategic project planning.
