We are looking for a
Country Community Manager
to manage and grow our contributor community in Brazil or Colombia for an ongoing AI data collection project.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a community of approximately
75 to 100 contributors
participating in an AI video data collection project.
Your primary goal will be to keep contributors informed, engaged, and actively participating in the project. You will serve as their main point of contact and work closely with our international project management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is highly organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with many people, and able to take ownership of their assigned contributor community.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new contributors and guide them through the project requirements.
- Manage day-to-day contributor communication through WhatsApp and Discord.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contributor questions and operational issues.
- Track contributor activity and progress using Google Sheets and project dashboards.
- Proactively follow up with inactive or low-activity contributors to improve participation.
