We're looking for compassionate, professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing healthcare support team in
Barranquilla, Colombia
. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients who need assistance scheduling appointments, requesting prescription refills, communicating with healthcare providers, arranging transportation, and answering general healthcare-related questions.

Many of the patients you'll support are older adults, so we're looking for individuals who naturally demonstrate patience, empathy, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling
- Process prescription refill requests
- Relay messages between patients and healthcare providers
- Help coordinate transportation to medical appointments




- Answer general healthcare-related inquiries
- Accurately document every interaction
- Follow healthcare procedures and escalation processes
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused service on every call

Schedule
This is a full-time
on-site
position based in
Barranquilla, Colombia
.

This role operates on rotating schedules that may vary weekly.

Hours Of Operation Include
- Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
- Friday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST

Schedules may include evenings and weekends.
- Your schedule for the following week will be posted every Wednesday. While scheduling preferences are considered whenever possible, fixed schedules cannot be guaranteed.

Compensation
- $250 USD per week
- Paid weekly in arrears
- Independent Contractor position
