We are looking for a Director, LATAM AMS Operations to lead the operational enablement of AMS services across the LATAM market. This is a regional role with high exposure to market and country leadership, general operations, solution delivery, product teams, vendors, and key customer onboarding initiatives.

The role will be responsible for driving best practice adoption across onboarding, cash operations, device management, monitoring, and field operations support, while boosting stronger processes, improved quality, greater efficiency, and a clear roadmap for automation and transformation, at regional level.

? Key responsibilities include:
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across LATAM AMS, including Lean practices, and process improvement projects.
- Partner with market and country leadership teams to align priorities, understand key projects, and ensure the right operational support is in place.
- Work closely with Global Operations, Solution Delivery, and Product teams to provide LATAM countries with the expertise and resources needed for successful delivery.
- Drive automation, scalability, cost optimization, and quality improvements across the ATM value chain, including first-time-fix, technician quality, parts optimization, MTBF, and response time improvements.
- Support major customer onboarding projects, helping accelerate time to revenue while ensuring a strong customer experience.
