We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer Consultant with 5+ years of software development experience and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360. The adecuado candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable RPA solutions while integrating automation with enterprise systems, REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
The role requires strong experience in end-to-end bot development, process analysis, solution architecture, and production support. Proficiency in Python, Automation Anywhere A360 (Bot Creator & AARI), and SQL is essential. Experience with AI-powered automation, intelligent document processing, and Generative AI integrations is highly desirable. Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) certification is preferred. The successful candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in Agile environments, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-driven automation solutions.

- Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL; experience querying and manipulating data across relational databases
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) certification
- Experience with AI/ML-augmented automation (document processing, generative AI integration)
- Exposure to regulated industry automation is preferred
