We are hiring a Legal Client Success Specialist to serve as the connective tissue between our attorneys and our clients. In this role, you will track the health of every active matter, keep leadership informed on pipeline movement and client satisfaction, and ensure clients always know where things stand with their legal matters. This role requires near-paralegal-level familiarity with how legal matters move through a firm (without providing legal advice) and functions in part as a high-level executive partner to both our attorneys and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Tracking:
Provide leadership with weekly reports on the status of all active clients, pipeline movement, and overall client satisfaction.
- Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between attorneys and clients to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Attorney Support:
Assist attorneys with administrative coordination and proactive follow-ups so they can focus their time on substantive legal work.
- Proactive Communication:
Maintain consistent, reassuring updates with clients so they are never left wondering about the status of their matters.
- Relationship Management:
Track and celebrate personal and professional milestones for both clients and attorneys (e.g., business achievements, anniversaries).
- Issue Resolution:
Proactively flag delays, bottlenecks, or client concerns early so they can be resolved swiftly.
- Team Collaboration:
Meet weekly with internal support staff to align on current client satisfaction, pipeline speed, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, or client success professional within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong
written and verbal communication skills.
