The Job:

As a Senior Segregation of Duties (SOD) Analyst , you’ll be part of our Access Controls/Corporate Controllership team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

Managing and enhancing the company’s Segregation of Duties framework within the organization’s IT and business processes. Analysing, designing, and monitoring controls to mitigate risks associated with conflicting duties, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design,



implementation, and maintenance of SOD controls across key business systems and processes.
- Perform risk assessments and identify potential conflicts in business roles and system access.
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and compliance teams to remediate SOD conflicts and implement effective controls.
- Maintain SOD rulesets and matrices in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of SOD controls, access management, and user provisioning.
- Prepare and present reports on SOD compliance, risk exposures, and remediation activities to management.
- Support internal and external audits related to SOD & access controls.
- Provide guidance and training to business and IT stakeholders on SOD best practices.
- Administer GRC business roles (including adding new or changing existing GRC business roles) during ongoing S4 HANA deployments.
