We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager with strong beauty industry and agency experience to oversee operations, sales coordination, and cross-functional execution. This role requires an executive mindset; someone who can lead multiple projects simultaneously, manage client and internal communications, and ensure smooth backend operations from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Project & Operations Management
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple projects across brands, from planning and budgeting to delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, sales, logistics, production) to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.




- Implement project management systems and workflows for smooth collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively find solutions.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to leadership.

Sales & Client Coordination
- Partner closely with the Sales and Brand teams to align project execution with business objectives.
- Support sales initiatives by coordinating proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and strategic.
- Track and report key metrics related to project profitability, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals.

Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
