Colombia Construye Confianza (CCC) was founded to address one of Colombia's most urgent social challenges: deep polarization among citizens who have lost the ability to trust one another. We work with communities, organizations, and institutions to transform the way people relate, building the social trust that democracy and coexistence require. Our flagship methodology, BAKONDO, has reached over 3,200 people over more than 20 years, earning recognition from the World Economic Forum, Coca-Cola, and One Young World.



Through experiential education, play, and art, we bring together volunteers and vulnerable communities to form empathetic leaders. Our most powerful program, BAKONDO Paz, unites ex-combatants, victims of the armed conflict, and social leaders to run a camp for children in vulnerable situations, turning former adversaries into builders of peace.
