We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative to support a growing property

management company focused on short-term and mid-term rentals. This role is responsible for

outbound outreach to homeowners who may be interested in renting out their properties.

You'll be working a large existing pipeline, qualifying opportunities, booking meetings, and

helping grow the portfolio of managed homes. The idóneo candidate is proactive, comfortable on

the phone, and knows how to consistently follow up until they get an answer.

remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING. Hours: 9am–5pm PST.

Salary: $1,600/mo

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to homeowners from an existing lead database of 5,000+ contacts.
- Qualify property owners and determine whether their property is a fit for short-term or mid- term rental management.
- Follow up consistently through phone, email, text, and CRM workflows.
- Manage and update lead records within Go High Level (GHL).
- Schedule appointments and consultations for the leadership team.




- Respond to inbound inquiries and ensure all leads receive timely follow-up.
- Research competitors and benchmark local property management companies to identify
- opportunities and market trends.
- Track outreach activity, conversations, and pipeline progress.
- Maintain clear notes and communication records inside the CRM.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase conversion rates.

Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, SDR, or business development roles.
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners and prospects.
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working outbound sales motions and following up persistently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and maintain momentum without constant
- supervision.
