We provide local, interstate, commercial, international, packing, storage, and specialty moving services. Our team operates across the United States, Belize, and other international locations.

We generate a high volume of inbound calls and leads every day. We are hiring an experienced sales closer in Colombia who can respond immediately, take control of the conversation, build trust quickly, and close customers on the first call whenever possible.

This Is a High-Speed Sales Position

This is not a slow, relationship-based sales job.

Hundreds of calls and leads may flow through our sales operation each day. Customers frequently contact multiple moving companies at the same time. The salesperson who responds first, communicates clearly, builds confidence, and asks for the deposit often wins the business.

You must be fast on the telephone, email, text messaging, estimating system, and CRM.

If you wait too long to respond,



the opportunity may already be gone.

We need someone who can move quickly without becoming careless, disorganized, or inaccurate.

Your Primary Goal

Your primary responsibility is to convert inbound moving leads into booked jobs.

You will be expected to:
- Answer inbound sales calls immediately.
- Contact new internet leads within minutes.
- Build trust with customers quickly.
- Understand the customer's moving needs.
- Prepare and explain moving estimates.
- Communicate the value of our services.
- Overcome price, timing, trust, and competitor objections.
- Ask directly for the booking.
- Collect a deposit during the first call whenever possible.
- Follow up aggressively when the customer does not book immediately.
- Protect company pricing and gross profit.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks.
- Manage a large number of active opportunities without losing track of customers.
