✅ What We're Looking For

Advanced English (C1)
required

? 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Full-Cycle AP

? Strong knowledge of invoice processing, coding, and payment procedures

? Experience working with accounting or ERP systems

? Strong organizational and communication skills

? Key Responsibilities

? Process vendor invoices accurately and on time

? Manage invoice matching, coding, and approval workflows

? Prepare and process ACH, wire, and check payments

? Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies





? Maintain organized and audit-ready AP documentation

? Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations

? Process expense reimbursements and corporate card transactions

? Assist with internal and external audits

? Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency
