Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Collections
- Handle high-volume outbound collection calls and assist customers with resolving overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions based on customer needs and company guidelines.
- Follow up on commitments, maintain accurate account records, and achieve collection targets.
Customer Service & Communication
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer support.
- Build rapport,
handle objections, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Communicate account information, payment options, and policies clearly.
Documentation & Performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Utilize collection systems and tools to manage accounts efficiently.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team initiatives to support performance goals.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant collections or customer service experience.
