We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.

In this role, you will act as a key facilitator and servant leader, ensuring our software development teams deliver maximum business value efficiently. You will combine deep Agile expertise with strong communication skills, removing blockers, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation:
Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Team Delivery & Alignment:
Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the team is delivering on refined, prioritized stories for maximum business benefit.
- Impediment Removal:
Proactively identify and eliminate team-level blockers, and escalate non-team impediments to a swift resolution.
- Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as the primary bridge between multiple business units, technology teams, and external vendors to support a shared vision.
- Meeting & Workshop Leadership:




Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and alignment meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Documentation & Status Reporting:
Maintain appropriate project documentation and ensure timely, transparent communication of project statuses.

Required Qualifications
- Experience:
8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within Software Development teams.
- Industry Background:
Proven project management experience in the financial services or technology industry. Experience managing multiple combined, complex projects within a larger program.
- Certifications:
Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP or PMI-ACP certifications are highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge:
Solid understanding or familiarity with CCM (Customer Communications Management).
- Tools:
Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project.
