What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first/second line of support via ticketing system, phone, chat, and email, meeting MSP SLAs.
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, user profiles, and common productivity apps.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Google Workspace.




- Manage identity and access with Entra ID (Azure AD): users, device joins, SSO, conditional access, MFA.
- Support endpoint management and security tools (e.g., Intune, EDR/AV, patching via RMM).
- Handle new user onboarding/offboarding, license assignments, device provisioning, and basic scripting.
- Troubleshoot networking issues: DHCP/DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and common firewall/router configurations.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an IT support/help desk role, ideally within an MSP environment.
- English proficiency: B2 minimum;
C1 strongly preferred
(daily interaction with US clients).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, M365 admin center, basic Windows Server).
- Experience with Google Workspace admin and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VPN clients, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., HaloPSA, ConnectWise, S
