At OHUMAN Consulting, we are looking for a Recruiter to join an important client in the services industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for talent acquisition and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract top talent.
- Manage inbound referrals and inquiries, converting them into interviews and hiring opportunities.
- Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and personnel records.
- Provide administrative support and perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

✔ Previous experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Telemarketing is preferred.





✔ Experience in Healthcare, Tech, or Administrative Recruiting is a plus.

✔ Strong competitive mindset and results orientation.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Outstanding phone and relationship-building abilities.

✔ Strong sales mindset with the ability to engage and convert candidates.

✔ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

✔ Fluent English (C1/C2) – Required.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent.
