The Opportunity

We're running a confidential search for a Head of Revenue with a strong track record and strategic vision to lead our client's growth across LATAM. The adecuado candidate is an experienced team leader with a proven ability to drive results, deep knowledge of the software industry, and a true growth mindset.

This is a company with real market fit — strong retention, profitable, and a flat, founder-close culture — now looking for a senior commercial leader to take the reins of an established 20-person team (hunters, customer success, marketing, and sales ops) and drive expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership
- Execute and optimize the already-defined commercial strategy for LATAM, with a focus on expansion and hitting sales targets
- Lead and manage sales teams distributed across Spanish-speaking countries,



fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
- Set clear action plans, track progress, and ensure commercial goals are met
- Coach your team, remove blockers and barriers, and support them in closing business
- Be a decision-maker: think, execute, own, and deliver — you don't wait for others, you know how to set priorities and act on them

Account & Sales Management
- Drive new B2B Enterprise client acquisition and strengthen existing accounts
- Close strategic partner agreements and build influential relationships with key decision-makers
- Build trip plans to visit customers, travel to meet the team, and stay close to the field

Tools
- Use a data-driven approach, with strong command of commercial performance metrics
- Make efficient use of a CRM to manage sales processes, client tracking, and reporting
