We are looking for a bilingual Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive brand growth across our nationwide franchise network. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has extensive experience in the restaurant, coffee, QSR, retail, or franchise industry.

*Position Overview:*

The Marketing Manager will oversee the company's entire marketing function, leading a multidisciplinary team while working closely with company leadership, franchisees, store operators, and external partners.



This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, ensuring flawless execution across all locations, maintaining brand consistency, and driving customer acquisition and sales growth.

The adecuado candidate is an organized, execution-driven leader with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Marketing Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, establishing clear objectives and ensuring high performance.
- Organize the department's workflow, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Recruit, develop, and expand the marketing team as business needs grow.
- Report marketing performance, initiatives, and strategic recommendations directly to the company's founders and executive leadership.
