? We're Hiring | Solutions Architect / Technical Lead – Regulated Health Data Platforms

At Shokworks, we're looking for an experienced Solutions Architect / Technical Lead to help design and lead the architecture of a next-generation health-data platform operating in one of the most highly regulated environments in the industry.

This is far more than a traditional software architecture role. You'll be responsible for making critical architectural decisions that directly impact compliance, security, interoperability, and the safe exchange of sensitive healthcare data.

What You'll Do

Design and own the end-to-end architecture of a regulated health-data platform.

Architect scalable data acquisition pipelines for clinical, wearable, and laboratory data.

Build secure consent, permissioning, audit, and governance mechanisms.

Translate complex healthcare regulations into technical architecture and implementation standards.

Lead technical decisions across engineering teams and ensure implementation aligns with architectural and compliance requirements.

Support security, compliance,



and red-team audits before production releases.

What We're Looking For

✅ 8+ years in software architecture or technical leadership roles.

✅ 3+ years building healthcare, health-tech, or other highly regulated data platforms.

✅ Strong expertise in HIPAA, TEFCA, 42 CFR Part 2, GINA, and healthcare interoperability standards.

✅ Hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, de-identification techniques, and secure data-sharing architectures.

✅ Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.

✅ Professional-level English communication skills.
