We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team, responsible for configuring and deploying our digital banking platform for new clients. You will work at the intersection of technology and client delivery, ensuring successful integrations, smooth go-lives, and high-quality implementations.
About the Role
As an Implementation Engineer on our Core team, you will own the full implementation lifecycle of our digital banking platform from initial configuration to client go-live. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, GraphQL, and AWS to configure, integrate,
and validate deployments across web and mobile environments, including iOS and Android app releases through the App Store and Google Play. You'll be a key player during UAT and go-live phases, identifying and resolving issues quickly while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Project Management. Beyond execution, you'll document processes, spot automation opportunities, and help strengthen our implementation practice from the inside.
If you're someone who can write a SQL query, dig into CloudWatch logs, and explain a technical constraint to a non-technical stakeholder — all in the same afternoon — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement digital banking platforms for new clients end-to-end
