*JOB SUMMARY*

Omnicom Production is seeking an experienced and solutions-driven
Post Producer
to oversee the successful execution of content adaptation and localization projects for global and regional markets. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, workflows, and stakeholder communications across multiple post-production initiatives.

The adecuado candidate brings a strong post-production background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate changing project scopes while maintaining quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. As a key liaison between clients, creative teams, production partners, and post-production specialists, the Localization Post Producer ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with both creative and business objectives.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Manage multiple localization and post-production projects simultaneously across various clients, brands, and markets.




- Lead adaptation and localization workflows from project kickoff through final delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with producers, creatives, and post-production teams.
- Oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- Manage the bidding and estimation process in accordance with client agreements, including collaboration with procurement teams and external cost consultants when required.
- Coordinate internal and external production resources to ensure projects progress efficiently through all stages of post-production.
- Monitor project status and communicate updates, priorities, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders.
- Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations, creative objectives, technical specifications, budget requirements, and deadlines.
