About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead multiple website projects from kickoff to launch while ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and outstanding client experiences.

This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and has a strong understanding of website development and digital marketing.

Candidates should be located in Latin America.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage website projects through planning, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
- Monitor project budgets, deadlines,



and overall project health.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Lead and support the web development team by promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Track team capacity, workload, and performance.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Establish KPIs and reporting metrics to measure project success.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing website development projects in a digital agency environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
