Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Follow up with warm leads and previous inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Answer inbound sales calls and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their needs.
- Present solutions that best meet customer needs and overcome objections professionally.
- Close sales and accurately document customer interactions in the CRM.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or call center sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of outbound phone sales experience.
